A fair game for all

WARNING: The following suggestion has simple requirements:
An item's name being edited/Or creation of a new item.
Active Staff
A new shop.

Now I know this is a private server, and private servers need to have cash shops to stay open. But people who donate alot of money to the server makes it unfair for players without credit cards, IE: Me.

Now This suggestion still will allow cash shop buyers, but will also help players unable to buy from the cash shop.

My suggestion: Event tokens. Event tokens will be rewarded for winning events. The Event token can be any item renamed, or the staff could create a new item. In the long run, after numerous events, these tokens will add up, but what to use them for? A new shop will open that offers cash shop items in exchange for these Event Tokens. Now I know your thinking everyone will do this instead of donating. Well I thought the same, which is why, the items in the Event token shop will be expensive, which leads to people buying Event Tokens from the cash shop (Event tokens will be added to the cash shop). Here is my opinion on items and prices.

100% EXP Card (2 hours) : 100 Event Tokens
Beauty Shop token (1 time use): 25 Event Tokens
Bundle of enhancement Eyes (10 of each): 250 Event Tokens
Special Mounts (7 day-permanent): 100 Event Tokens
Apparel (7-permanent): 100 Event Tokens (per outfit set)
HP/SP Extenders (1 hour): 30 Event Tokens
Re-stat Scrolls (1 time use) 50 Event Tokens

Now you may be thinking how are we going to get all these tokens? This is my idea.

The winning guild of every Guild Tournament will win 1 Event Tokens.
Event: Event Tokens will be given to event winners depending on the event. (Event starters choice on tokens)
Forum Points: Each 25 points could be exchanged for 2 Tokens.

In conclusion, players who cannot donate due to lack of funds or even a credit card can now have a fair game, it will just take longer. Players who donate may buy these tokens from the Cash Shop if they don't want to wait for the events.

I hope you look into this suggestion, it will keep your community here. Reward amounts can be changed, those were just my opinions. Please tell me what you think.

well if they want donations, how about suits , mount, pet( no status but nice good looking )
